1. Service Agreement

By using Gozlicijib's services (Lackglanz Meister, Bremsblitz, Getriebe Genius), you agree to these terms. All automotive services are performed at our Wuppertal location in accordance with German automotive standards and regulations.

2. Service Scope

Gozlicijib offers specialized services including:

Service scope and pricing are defined in individual quotes and agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept standard payment methods. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with German law.

4. Liability & Warranty

Gozlicijib warrants all work performed meets professional standards. Warranty periods are specified per service type. We are not liable for damages caused by improper vehicle use post-service or external factors beyond our control.

5. Vehicle Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their vehicles during service. While we maintain secure facilities, Gozlicijib is not liable for theft, vandalism, or damage not caused by our negligence.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected for service delivery is processed in compliance with GDPR. Data is used solely for service provision, billing, and communication. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Changes to scheduled services may incur additional charges if materials have been ordered.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wuppertal, Germany.
